Portugal Calling.  22.2.08

Hey Red and Proud! Lovely site you have! Good work promoting the "celtic traits". Just have to say,,, never noticed this culture towards the elimination of the redies....

Well, as a Portuguese descendant and a Briton, whenever I see the lack of Historical, linguistical and ethnical example , which usually happens when people speak of Celts,,,, it drives me beserk. The home of all Celts in Ireland and Scotland is Portugal and Spain. You should also notice that for some reasons the "traits" have differed much. Just must put to you that not all traits are the same. Please also mins thar pre-Celt civilisations of same origin lived on both Iberia and UK. And those people, also came from Portugal.
Don´t quite know what causes such prejudice and bias... but it´s rather ignorance, not lack of information.
The site below shows something you might want to take a look at:
http://www.breakingnews.ie/2004/09/09/story165780.html

And this, is a rant from a Portuguese. Well, they don´t usually do rants and we never hear of them either! Take a deep look into this. Surely, it´s all of you interest.

Now, if you dignify yourself to ever get any, do compare the Celt traits of culture (the ones you call Celt) to the culture of people from Portugal/Galizia. You will see why they are so much alike.
O well,,, the character of "celtness",,,, the portuguese have so much of that: http://www.portugal-linha.pt/lusods/english/articles/ena3.html

Just a few links but all I can get now.

Cheers
